The website www.le-gioie.it is the exclusive property of the company Le Gioie srl (from now on simply Le Gioie) with registered office in Via Torre Bianca 38, 81031 Aversa (CE) registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Caserta , VAT number 04460820618, REA number CE-328820. If the customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity possibly carried out, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), the purchases made on the www.le-gioie.it site are governed by the Italian law on distance selling (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005). Le Gioie also complies with the obligations deriving from Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31 / EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce).
The sale between Le Gioie and the customer must be considered concluded when the order placed by the customer, in compliance with the purchase procedure specifically indicated on the website indicated, reaches the address of the site itself. The order sent by the customer will be binding for Le Gioie only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed regularly and correctly, without any evidence of error messages from the site. By submitting the purchase order, the customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided by the site during the online purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.
How to purchase
The customer can only purchase the products in the website catalog at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant technical-information sheets. The order cannot be placed in relation to products which, although present in the website catalog, are indicated as not available. In any case, the products on the site are offered until their availability is exhausted.
All products displayed on the site are considered available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise explicitly indicated. The sales prices displayed on the website www.le-gioie.it are to be understood as inclusive of VAT. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Le Gioie by means of a communication, sent by e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the customer in the purchase procedure. The confirmation communication will contain the identification number of the order, the date and time the order was placed, the indication of the products purchased, the price, the delivery costs and any cash on delivery, the data provided by the customer for billing and delivery, the payment method chosen by the customer and a summary of the general conditions of sale. The customer must immediately check the content of the communication and undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein as well as to promptly communicate any errors and / or omissions. In case of momentary exhaustion or delay of a product, the customer will be promptly notified by e-mail or by telephone when a valid telephone number is provided.
Legal guarantee of conformity
The products sold on le-gioie.it are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (equal to two years) pursuant to art. 128 and following of the Consumer Code.
Pursuant to art. 132 of the Consumer Code, the seller is responsible when the lack of conformity occurs by
term of two years from the delivery of the goods. The consumer loses the rights provided for the legal guarantee if not
report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
Jurisdiction and disputes
Consumers residing in Europe are informed that the European Commission has set up an online platform that it provides
an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer
to resolve in a non-judicial way any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated online and / or deriving
by the same.
