Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the products, by sending a written communication by registered letter with return receipt to the address: Le Gioie srl, with registered office Via Torrebianca 38, 81031 Aversa (CE). The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by email to info@le-gioie.it

The communication referred to in the previous point must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the receipt/tax invoice. The customer must then return the product in the original packaging at his own expense to Le Gioie srl, Via Vittorio Veneto, 56, 81030 Parete CE. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and together with the attached tax documentation. Used products which show signs of damage or dirt and which consequently can no longer be considered intact will therefore not be accepted.

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Le Gioie will re-credit the payment instrument used for the payment to reimburse the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal as quickly as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 14 days from the date in which it became aware of the exercise of withdrawal. Naturally Le Gioie has the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original condition or have been damaged. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made the payment for such products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded by Le Gioie to the person who made the payment. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Le Gioie will not be responsible for the transport costs for the return or for any loss or damage to the products attributable to third parties.


Le Gioie assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the Internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times established by the contract. Furthermore, Le Gioie will not be responsible for damages, losses and costs suffered by the customer following failure to execute the contract for reasons not attributable to the customer, and unless they depend on acts or omissions of Le Gioie, the customer having the right only to a full refund. of the price paid and any additional charges incurred.

Furthermore, Le Gioie cannot be held responsible for the information, data and any technical or other inaccuracies that may be contained in the site, if they have been communicated by third parties and have been verified by Le Gioie according to the criteria of ordinary diligence. . Le Gioie assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products, if it demonstrates that it has adopted all the possible precautions based on the best science and experience of the moment and on the basis of ordinary diligence.

Delivery methods and costs

Le Gioie SRL (hereinafter Le Gioie) will deliver the selected and purchased products via express courier to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Le Gioie undertakes to deliver the products in the shortest time possible. The total amount of expenses will be visible before proceeding with the purchase confirmation. The shipped goods will be checked and delivered to the shipper intact and without defects. Le Gioie cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays or damage attributable to the fault of the shipping company.

Shipping in Italy: Transport on Italian and European territory is entrusted to the most well-known and reliable express courier. Delivery for Italy takes place within 24/48 hours, the times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or based on the destination to be reached. In any case we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier. For transport within Europe, delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination to be reached.

In order to have an accurate and safe delivery, please indicate the destination address as precisely as possible, complete with useful information, such as Staircase, Interior, Intercom, etc.

Associated with each order will be present, and will be communicated via an e-mail confirming the departure of the package from our warehouse, a shipping code consisting of an identification number with which it will be possible to check where the package sent directly from the site is located. of the courier.

Failure to deliver due to the absence of the recipient: If the recipient of the shipment is absent, the courier will leave a notice on the first passage and carry out a second passage the following day. In case of absence of the recipient at the second passage, the goods go into storage. The storage service consists of the custody of shipments that have not been delivered to the courier for independent reasons. In case of non-delivery, the goods are placed in special supervised areas with limited access. The service involves sending the sender information regarding the stock and the request for redelivery shipments. The goods are returned to the sender if there are no new instructions within 10 working days from the date of opening of the stock. All costs relating to storage and related redelivery will be charged directly to the recipient.

The issuing of the invoice is not mandatory if it is not requested by the customer no later than the moment of carrying out the operation, as indicated in the art. 22 of the Presidential Decree of 10/26/1972 n. 633. By sending the order to le Gioie the customer agrees to receive the invoice/receipt in electronic format. The customer will be able to receive the invoice/receipt in paper format by making an express request to le Gioie. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the invoice.
