NotteTempo by Terre di Zaccanello is the result of a special nocturnal harvest , aimed at safeguarding the olives from light stress and heat.
The jar-shaped bottle is a tribute to the Maestro: Luigi Pirandello; the label, designed by the Sicilian artist Rosangela Leotta, speaks of a woman, delicate and ethereal, anticipating the scents of the tasting. It is made up of 60% Nocellara del Belice, 40% Biancolilla.

The Sicily PGI EVO oil has a maximum acidity of 0.2% and is quite thick, with a bright green colour.
On the olfactory analysis it is intense, with hints of aromatic grass, tomato and freshly pressed olives.
On the palate it is balanced in bitter and spicy, with persistence of fresh almond, walnut malt and artichoke stem.

Recommended pairings
Medium-structural dishes, carpaccio, summer minestrone, caprese, tomato sauces, bruschetta and cooked desserts.
