Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) business days of receiving the products, by sending a written notification via registered letter with return receipt to: Le Gioie srl, with registered office at Via Torrebianca 38, 81031 Aversa (CE).

The notification referred to in the previous point must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product(s) for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised, attaching a copy of the receipt/invoice. The customer must then return the product in its original packaging at their own expense to Le Gioie srl, Via Vittorio Veneto, 56, 81030 Parete CE. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, and accompanied by the accompanying tax documentation.

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Le Gioie will refund the amount of the returned products via the payment method used as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receiving notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Le Gioie reserves the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original condition or damaged. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made the payment for such products, Le Gioie will refund the amount paid for the returned items to the person who made the payment. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Le Gioie will not be responsible for return shipping costs or for any loss or damage to the products attributable to third parties.

Liability

Le Gioie assumes no liability for disruptions due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including those resulting from Internet malfunctions and disruptions, in the event that it is unable to fulfill the order within the timeframe stipulated in the contract. Le Gioie will also not be liable for damages, losses, and costs incurred by the customer as a result of failure to fulfill the contract for reasons not attributable to it, unless they are the result of an act or omission by Le Gioie. The customer is entitled only to a full refund of the price paid and any additional costs incurred.

Le Gioie cannot be held liable for information, data, and any technical or other inaccuracies contained on the website, if they have been provided by third parties and verified by Le Gioie using ordinary diligence. Le Gioie assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or unlawful use by third parties of credit cards, checks, or other means of payment when paying for purchased products, provided it demonstrates having taken all possible precautions based on the best knowledge and experience available at the time and with ordinary diligence.
