*During busy holiday periods, shipments may be delayed by 1-3 business days. These delays may occur during the following periods:
Christmas and New Year's Eve (December to January)
Black Friday and Cyber Monday (last weeks of November)

Delivery Methods
Le Gioie SRL (hereinafter Le Gioie) will deliver the selected and purchased products via express courier to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Le Gioie is committed to delivering the products as quickly as possible. The total shipping costs will be visible before confirming the purchase. The shipped goods will be inspected and delivered to the courier intact and without defects. Le Gioie cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage attributable to the courier.
Shipping to Italy: Shipping within Italy and Europe is handled by a highly reputable and reliable express courier. Delivery to Italy takes place within 24-48 hours. The times indicated above are purely indicative and may vary during holidays and/or depending on the destination. In any case, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
Shipping to Europe: For shipping within Europe, delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.
International Shipping: For international shipping, delivery times vary from 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
To ensure accurate and safe delivery, please provide the destination address as precisely as possible, complete with useful information such as the stairs, apartment, intercom, etc.
A tracking code will be included with each order, and will be sent via email confirming the package's departure from our warehouse. This tracking code is an identification number that allows you to track the location of your package directly on the courier's website.
Failure to deliver due to the recipient's absence: If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice during the first delivery and will make a second delivery the following day. If the recipient is absent during the second delivery, the goods will be placed in storage. This storage service consists of storing shipments that have not been delivered for reasons beyond our control. In the event of a failed delivery, the goods will be placed in special, monitored areas with limited access. This service includes sending the sender information regarding the stock and a request for return shipments. The goods will be returned to the sender if there are no new instructions within 10 business days of the date the stock is opened. All costs related to storage and related returns will be charged directly to the recipient.
An invoice is not required unless requested by the customer no later than the time of the transaction, as indicated in Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633 of 26/10/1972. By placing an order with Le Gioie, the customer agrees to receive the invoice/receipt in electronic format. The customer may receive the invoice/receipt in paper format by expressly requesting it from Le Gioie. Once the invoice has been issued, no changes can be made to the information provided.
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. If the applicable taxes and customs duties are not paid, the customer will be deducted from the refund all costs relating to: Shipping, Customs Clearance and Processing Costs.
