Bialetti Moon Exclusive 4 Cup Induction Coffee Maker

Bialetti Exclusive celebrates the Italian coffee ritual with style and innovation. Moon Exclusive is a coffee maker with a very thick 18/10 stainless steel body also suitable for induction. The soft-touch handle ensures a secure grip.

1. Start by pouring room temperature water into the coffee maker's boiler and fill it to the safety valve level. Do not exceed this level to avoid obtaining too watery coffee.

2. Now choose the ground coffee blend you prefer. Attention! The mixture must have a specific grind for Moka, not too fine. Fill the coffee maker funnel generously, without tamping the coffee.

3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take all the time you need; to enjoy an excellent coffee it is worth waiting a few more minutes. When the coffee has completely risen into the container, turn off the heat.

4. Now the crucial moment: taste. To best savor all the aromas released, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
