Moka Induction is the first Moka suitable for use on induction hobs. The innovative technology of the bi-layer boiler allows for a high-performance product: the external steel layer guarantees operation even on induction hobs, while the internal aluminum layer ensures homogeneous heat distribution. With Moka Induction Bialetti, tradition meets innovation.
How to prepare coffee:
1. Start by pouring room temperature water into the Moka boiler and fill it up to the safety valve level. Do not exceed this level to avoid obtaining too watery coffee.
2. Now choose the ground coffee blend you prefer. Attention! The mixture must have a specific grind for Moka, not too fine. Fill the Moka funnel generously, without tamping the coffee.
3. Place the coffee maker on the heat source; if it is a flame, make sure it does not protrude from the edge of the coffee maker. In the case of an induction/electric/glass ceramic plate, do not use the maximum intensity. When the coffee has completely risen into the container, turn off the heat.
4. Now the crucial moment: taste. To best savor all the aromas released, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
Cleaning instructions:
Moka Induction Bialetti must only be rinsed with water after use. Do not use detergents. The product must not be washed in the dishwasher as this could cause damage to the product and therefore alter the taste of the coffee.
