Girotondo fruit bowl by Alessi, diameter 23 centimeters made of 18/10 stainless steel.
The creative duo King-Kong created the motif of the little men chasing each other in a merry-go-round, hence the name of the collection. The fretwork, with its immediate and evocative language, finds space on everyday objects, not just for the kitchen or the table.
Among their drawings I identified a very simple tray with a perforated edge with a motif of little men, the kind that children make with scissors. It was the beginning of the Girotondo series.
