The GYUTOH knife is a Japanese utility knife made by Miyabi. With a 20cm blade, it is great for cutting large ingredients, such as roasts or vegetables, with ease. In this section we present the new line of Zwilling Myabi 5000FCD knives, composed of a series of blades inspired by the classic Japanese style. Each knife embodies the perfection and charm of a work of art created to satisfy both the aesthetics and the functionality of use in the kitchen. The blade of all the knives is built with 49 layers of Damascus, a process that gives them unparalleled sharpness. The handle is made of pakkawood, a very resistant material and particularly suitable for use in the kitchen. To embellish it we find a finely worked mosaic pin, which gives these knives an extra touch of style and elegance.
