The Gyutoh knife is a Japanese utility knife made by Miyabi .
With a 24 cm blade, it is excellent for easily cutting large ingredients, such as roasts or vegetables. In this section we present the new Zwilling Myabi 5000FCD knife line, consisting of a series of blades inspired by the classic Japanese style.
Each knife embodies the perfection and charm of a work of art created to satisfy both aesthetics and functionality of use in the kitchen. The blade of all knives is built with 49 layers of Damascus, a workmanship that gives it an unparalleled sharpness. The handle is made of pakkawood , a very resistant material and particularly suitable for use in the kitchen. To embellish it we find a finely worked mosaic pin, which gives these knives an extra touch of style and elegance.
