Description
The Zwilling bamboo cutting board offers two main features: resistance, due to the compactness of the bamboo fibre, and its lightness which makes it easier to position the cutting board compared to, for example, classic wooden cutting boards of the same size.
The perimeter of the bamboo cutting board is hollowed out to contain any liquids that may arise when cutting certain foods. The 35 x 25.5 cm and 3 cm thick Zwilling cutting board is particularly easy to clean and can be used on both sides: the groove on one side is practical. It catches the liquids that form when cutting or chopping fruit, vegetables, fish or meat.
