Berndes non-stick casseroles are designed for daily use, suitable for even the most demanding chefs. This saucepan is made of forged aluminum with Teflon profile non-stick coating for low-fat cooking, it does not contain PFOA, Nickel or Bisphenol A.

FORGED ALUMINUM : to make this pan a thick aluminum disc is used which is then forged during the forming phase to ensure greater resistance. Only alloys suitable for contact with food are used for production. The authorized alloys do not contain Arsenic, Lead, Nickel or Cadmium.
TEFLON PROFILE NON-STICK COATING : with Skin Technology, the coating promotes the detachment of food and golden cooking. The external coating also makes it easy to clean. No PFOA, No Nickel, No Bisphenol A.
TWIN BLOCK HANDLES and HANDLES : the double screw fixing guarantees maximum safety and stability over time. The handles are made of Bakelite. Bakelite is a thermosetting material therefore it remains cold even during use, thus guaranteeing safe cooking without getting burned.
INDUCTION BASE : the induction base is made of ferromagnetic steel and, in addition to rapid heating, allows for high energy efficiency. Suitable for all types of plates.
