How it works
- Log in to your customer area
- Select the order you wish to return
- Click on "Request a return"
- Follow the instructions for shipping the product
Withdrawal period
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within the terms provided by current regulations starting from the order delivery date.
Products eligible for return
- Unused products
- Intact products in their original packaging
- Non-customized products (if applicable)
Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
