The 30x22 cm rectangular oven with double induction from the Sphera line acts as an oven, plate, grill, omelette turner and salt shaker. The body is in die-cast aluminum with an internal layer of porcelain microspheres which guarantees superior non-stick properties. It is equipped with a thermo-radiant anti-deformation stainless steel bottom which allows excellent performance at high temperatures even on an induction hob. The Sphera rectangular oven is therefore suitable for all hobs, and also allows healthy and healthy cooking as it is Nickel Free and PFOA Free.
