Berndes non-stick pans are designed for everyday use, suitable for even the most demanding chefs. This pan is made of forged aluminum with a Teflon profile non-stick coating for low-fat cooking, does not contain PFOA, Nickel or Bisphenol A. We now list the characteristics:
FORGED ALUMINUM : to make this pan, a high thickness Aluminum disk is used which is then forged during the Forming phase to ensure greater resistance. Only Alloys Suitable for Contact with Food are used for its production. The authorized alloys do not contain Arsenic, Lead, Nickel or Cadmium.
NON-STICK TEFLON PROFILE COATING : with Skin Technology, the coating promotes food detachment and golden cooking. The external coating also makes it easy to clean. No PFOA, No Nickel, No Bisphenol A.
INDUCTION BOTTOM : The induction base is made of ferromagnetic steel and, in addition to rapid heating, allows for high energy efficiency. Suitable for all types of plates.
