The electric griddle is perfect for grilling meat, fish or vegetables and also for heating sandwiches and toasted sandwiches. It heats up quickly, has a thermostat with three modes for perfect cooking and a timer with an automatic shut-off function so as not to burn the dishes and save energy. You can use it closed, for example to heat toast, by adjusting the height of the upper plate according to the thickness of the dishes to be cooked - it has four use positions - or open as a grill pan, thus doubling the cooking surface. The plates are easily disassembled for optimal cleaning.
