BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE : Wash with suitable detergents avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches, rinse and dry thoroughly. Then store them in a dry environment. Do not use abrasive sponges or cloths and metal scourers. Immediately remove residues of salt (NaCl), lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc. If you use a dishwasher, make sure that the treatment involves perfect drying and polishing and if not, do it manually. The blades of the knives are made of hardened 420 martensitic stainless steel which ensures long-lasting sharpness but makes the material more sensitive to corrosive attacks. It is essential to properly clean up, washing and drying the knives immediately after use.
