Heavy, tight-fitting lid keeps moisture out, opaque internal structure. Each piece is unique and is the result of a traditional manufacturing process.
From the beginning to the end of the production chain, there are around a hundred control points (visual or technical) to ensure that products of the highest quality level are obtained.

Thanks to the lid equipped with small hemispheres, the Cocotte Staub generates a return flow of water, with a rain effect (see photo) up to 9 times higher than a traditional saucepan. After 30 minutes of cooking, thanks to the optimized weight of the lid, the risk of burns and evaporation of the dishes is reduced to a minimum. It is no coincidence that our cocottes are so beautiful: preparing and enjoying delicious dishes is a very exciting thing for us, but when choosing materials and design, we focus on the difficult goal of flawless functionality.
